I don't think people fully appreciate the knowledge he's sharing in this video. He is giving out some amazing tips. How he cut the chicken breast to loosen it up. Using only egg whites to make it fluffier. How double frying actually helps the chicken to retain less oil. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, kind sir. I'll be incorporating these techniques into my cooking.

One of my favorite dishes!!!! So glad to see you make this with chicken breast. Most only make it with chicken thighs and dont take the care/time to clean/prepare it well. I cant wait to try this!!!! Well....I just have to say, I am impressed with this method. I prepared it a couple of nights ago, guessing the amounts of the ingredients. I didn't know what temp he started with on the first fry, so I just did it at 300F like the second fry. Came out fantastic! I even loved the sauce. I added some steamed squash, snow peas, carrots and broccoli and a few mushys. It was great and I will include this recipe in my 'special' cookbook

I did a double recipe and it was very, very good. It reminds me of a fancy chinese restaurant we had the habit to got to. It closed a couple of years ago. I'm allergic to many things and I could not find all the ingredients so I substituted the white pepper with ginger powder, rice cooking wine with sake and oyster sauce with hoisin sauce. I would like to personally thanks this channel and the chef for bringing me such good memories and such a good meal.
