Hi Mark, make sure you let us know how it goes when you give it a try... or you could make a video of you giving it a go! In all honesty, I think I'll be using weetbix as standard from now on, it gives such a nice flavour.

One thing that I've found lacking in my diet is grain. Weetabix is processed. Not much nourishment however much they tell you it's good for you.

I'm sorry but Weetabix is just another processed food. Like corn flakes. Just another substitute for corn flakes.

Hi Southwestsearch. Thanks for sharing your thoughts however I disagree. Weetbix (at least the ones we have here in Australia) are a much better choice than Corn Flakes. Weetbix are very low in salt and sugar, a good source of fibre and the Sanatarium Weetbix I used in this video are also iron fortified... Corn Flakes are high in salt and contain about 3 times as much sugar.

@@EasyHealthyTasty if you check the side of the packets you will see the corn flakes are very high In salt and sugar whereas the Weetabix is much lower. So it is healthier.
