I work at a Walgreens and there was a lady that asked for the "as seen on tv isle" when she was checking out she said she watched several KZbin videos reviewing the product and that she heard it was really good. I used to work in quality control for a Pepsi bottler and we accidently made Clear Pepsi before they ever tried to market it. Our mixer accidently switched to a tank that hadn't had the caramel coloring added yet. It tasted the same for the most part but seeing it clear your palate is trained to expect something like Sprite. We ended up throwing out about 20 cases that got through the bottling machine before we noticed it was turning tea colored and then clear.

I don't want Halloween to be over either!! The pressure to enjoy the season to it's fullest is so intense. I think I get more and more obsessed every year! I always feel extra pressure to outdo myself more than the year before which is tough because I gotta get out last year's decorations, add new homemade decorations, plus try to walk the fine line of wanting to be traditional and doing something new and unusual. I get myself and my family nuts lol. Thank you Bunny for sharing your anticipation...I'm glad to know there are kindred spirits out there haunted by the fact that Halloween season comes and goes too fast due to indulging in it and dedicating so much thought and energy to it. I've lived in Japan for 6 years and Pepsi is hardly sold there at all, it's a Coca Cola world out here. Also, soda in general is NOT popular....there are maybe 5 kinds altogether at any given time. The huge market is for coffees and teas and juices. Everyone I know just drinks flavored coffee drinks or tea from the convenience store. So I don't think it really makes much of a dent in sales over there, either....but every brand always does limited edition stuff for every holiday. The chocolate flavored yakisoba noodles for Valentine's day is something else.
