Surprised it didn't taste alcoholic for the ABV. Next time I'll try with a different yeast as this was a bit on the dry side.

I was surprised with this. Needs more orange and coriander. Could do with a little more sweetness. Going to try another yeast next time. M41 eats everything. I'm thinking brew next month and keep until December.

@MrScotchpie I brewed a Rhubarb Ale and after 2 months coz it didn't taste right I binned it apart from 4 bottles...9 months later tried one it was lovely...(schoolboy error 😢)👍
