I tried this. I came out like a soft dough at the top. I used a blend of half sour cream and plain greek yogurt. Came out great. It did not soak down into the vegetables but stayed to the top as a soft crust . Thanks.

Just made this recipe and it's DELICIOUS!! The only change I would make would be to mix the cabbage and the egg mixture in a bowl before baking it. Otherwise PERFECTO!!

I tried it today and it is good. I guess it'd be better if I didn't use silicone form because the bottom and sides weren't crispy. Next time, I'll use ceramic or metal form and some butter like you have done.
