It is better to make one at home as you will know the ingredients. In this video I have shared Tasty Homemade Protein Bar Recipe. Thanks for the great video. Kuch jaruri question they. Protein ka kon sa flavour use kiya hai apne? Dekhne se Vanila lag raha hai, Choclate flavour use karne se kaisa taste ayega? Or isko kitne din or kahan par store kar sakte hain?

300g oats 50g crushed almond 50g crushed walnut 100g chopped dates 5g flaxseed 2 tblspn coca pwdr 1tbspn cinnamon pwdr 2tblspn honey 5scoop whey protein 2tbl spn peanut butter Pinch of salt Add water, Mix well with thick consistency. Spread it. Refrigerate it For 4hrs. Cut it in a bar n enjoy. Don't forget to say thanks to Lord Yatinder Sir ji

50 GM oats 250 ML milk 1 ½ tbsp peanut butter 2 banana Protien - 26GM 200 GM rice 50 GM soyachunk 25 GM moongfali 1 medium aloo Protien - 43 GM 3 roti , sabzi , rice , sambar Protien - 15 GM 200 GM besan 100 GM wheat flour add some oniuns , salt , chilli powder , spices and mix it with water and make doss Protien - 52 GM TOTAL PROTIEN - 136 And also calculate the price bro

Oats should always be roasted so as to make it easily digestable Roasting eliminates certain elements which make system bloating and indigestable ets Water might make it non storable insted we might use little almond oil to make it rollable ot cuttable

5 scoop protien atleast 25 gm per scoop, 5x25= 125. You made 6 bars with 25 gm each i.e. 150 grams. Is is really worth for 5 gm extra protien?

Sara protein content to whey protein se bhar diya. Etni mehnat karke whey protein hi daalna tha toh me kuch or hi bana lu 🤣😂😂. And it costs more than readymade protein bars.

One scope of whey protein gives you alone 25 gms of protein .....And here after adding five scops of it , the 5 bars have been made , and each bar contains 25 grams of protein ..... So it is better to take one scop of whey in water to get this much nutrition .... And as far as fats and carbs are concerned, we can consume them as raw as well

Respect Sir, It has 17.36gm of sugar (Dates:100gm=63.35gm sugar ),(2tbsp:honey=34.49gm sugar), (peanut butter:2tbsp=1.48g) (Almond:50gm=2.4gm sugar) (Walnut:50gm=1.3gm sugar) (Cocoa powder:2tbsp=0.19gm) (Flax seed:5gm=0.08gm) (Cinnamon:1tbsp=0.15gm) In the end it is a very healthy protein bar but for people who want to lose fat this bar is not for you. It has 6 piece Per piece will be around 116gm with CALORIES=498GM FATS=16GM PROTEIN=33.97GM CARBS=60GM SUGAR=17.36GM Nutrition per serving /per bar / per unit It's a very healthy product for muscle building. For fat lose just remove the dates and honey from the recipe Thankyou. 🎉❤

It has natural sugar not white crystal sugar. Natural sugar is present in all the fruits and juices. Natural sugar is good in limits.

Made it today. Its delicious. I didn't have the protein powder so that was missed. I added unsalted peanuts instead of peanut butter. Made it as a healthy snack for my sweet tooth.

Cinnamon (Dalchini) Powder: ₹500 per kg (₹10 for 2 tablespoons). Dates: ₹400 per kg (₹20 for 5 dates). Peanut Butter: ₹250 per 500g (₹25 for 2 tablespoons). Oats: ₹150 per kg (₹45 for 300 grams). Total Cost: ₹480 480÷6 = 80 rupees per bar

25 gram protein to ek scoop me hi tha to itna sab add karke bhi 5 scoops me 6 bar bane 25 gram protein each ke. Calculations are not adding up. It should have been around 50 gram of protein in each baar.

Bhaiya g mine tu milk 🥛 use kar liya instead of water takki protein shake ko millne se usmie smell na aye waise this is extremely important for making stomach full in a healthy way Well done 👍

Just checked protein bars cost between Rs. 75 to Rs.200 depending on the amount of protein...but this is excellent homemade option!! Which is cheaper!!@
