TASTY TURMERIC GOLDEN MILK RECIPE!

Golden milk is a tasty and comforting drink loaded with antioxidants. The main ingredient in this recipe is turmeric powder which is a powerful anti-inflammatory that can help reduce inflammation and joint pain.
Ingredients I use to make a single serving:
1-1/2 cup(s) of Almond milk (or milk of your choice)
1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Maple Syrup (or sweetener of your choice)
Black pepper (to your liking)
1/2 tsp maca powder (optional)

Can you use soy milk ?

Yes, you can use any milk of your choice. I also love soy milk but almond milk is what I usually have in my fridge

Do you see the milk coagulate after it has cooled/ cold? Like the fat from the milk settling at the bottom of the cup

Hmm. Turmeric has a distinct taste and some don’t like so I’m not sure how to describe the taste of it but I will say that the maple syrup and cinnamon that I add to this helps sweeten it up. The level of sweetness just depends on how much you put in. I don’t like mine overly sweet but overall, it’s a warm drink with those hints of cinnamon, maple syrup, and turmeric.
