Edit: Run without pauses on author's channel! An edit of this without the pauses would be sick! Unfortunately, to no one's fault, it's nearly unwatchable as is :(

It is mostly shaking the handgun randomly before the shot, and if that doesn't work wait one frame and try again.

nop, the silercer guives like 4x head damage bonus, or something like that

5x crit chance from handgun exclusive makes rng manipulation easier.
