Hi bro, I m proud owner of Tata Hexa XT since may 2019 ( new one) and I agree with ur review especially the Tata's brand value. And its true Tata has made a excellent SUV but they themselves don't knw that what a diamond SUV they hv created. This vehicle is way ahead of XUV,Innova or even Fortuner in some features like ride quality, speaker etc. This is hard luck of this vehicle that marketing team of Tata is not promoting this veh.

Just don't think about brand for two minutes if you're getting all the features that too in your budget Why would you pay extra and choose almost the same features of any other Car?? And TATA is a brand in itself that badging tells everything about a car ! Look at the design of HEXA man ...I mean it's so amazing anyone who'll see this product will love its design still Indian Customers will choose the same boxy shapped Innova in this segment why because it's of Toyota I'm not saying that Innova is a bad vehicle but try something new man go for the new products ! The most underrated SUV in INDIA. It has looks, it has solid robustness feel, it has superb ride quality, it has great seats and good quality interior, it has decent boot space after the third row, it has all necessary creatures and comforts - auto headlamp, auto wiper, auto climate control, android auto, apple car play, Excellent view from the car, nice Torquay engine, JBL 10 speakers audio (including sub woofer), 10 ac vents...True SUV in all sense (particularly the 4x4 model)

The tata hexa is one of the bestest vehicle which is have driven . U feel so secured when u drive the hexa when compared to innova during a sharp turns . So i wound recommend you to go for a hexa with out another gought.

So just a few points worth making a note of!... Hexa shares certain engine components with the XUV500! Some major components! Which is not a bad thing! I love the Hexa Engine and seeing the years Tata has had the Dicor and Varicor engine, it would be right to say Tata has shared many components with Mahindra. Certain major positives I have heard, annual cost is 12-13,000 and for major services is 18-19,000. Drawbacks to note: At night, the visibility is bad, headlights are not focused well and do not have good range either. Handbrake is a common complain wherein people have been using the old Ambassador technique of placing a stone behind the car on inclines! She is heavy! Tata hates dieting! True Indian! Electronic issues are there, people have complained about the side view mirror, power windows and lights not working/malfunctioning but Tata has addressed these issues for them without a problem under warranty. Overall, I intend to own one, I currently drive an Innova which is a 2009 model and people have said that I must experience this Beast not for pickup but for the same type of reliability, better comfort and features! She is a cruiser, not a true mile muncher like the crysta! But hey! When your a hauling a family of 7! Your not out to race! I have had happy miles on my Innova and car has covered 2,00,000km without a problem!. No power loss as such too! Want to know how the high mileage Hexa fares to Conclude my decision to buy one since you have bought us the good news that she is here to stay! Most importantly, I come from a family which loves Manual Trannys!..I have always seen you in an Auto Tranny. What is the long term review on the Trany (Auto & Manual) Have there been any major call backs or repair jobs which people have mentioned?

I have the Indica Vista D90 ZX+ and that car is going solid as of now. Have travelled more than 1 lakh kms. Never have the engine seized on longer tours. The car never gave trouble regarding the spare parts or anything. But it was my wish that I own a Hexa someday. Feels sad that it will remain a dream forever.

I drive a Hexa XM+. Just had a breakdown today and had to leave it behind on the highway. The master cylinder of the clutch ses to have given up - there was a lot of oil leak and the clutch doesn't return when pushed. Had other problems too - damaged bendix of self starter. Lovely suspension and good finish, but reliability is a serious issue now. Same problem with a mini tipper I have. It had serious turbo problems and it stopped on the highway. Have decided to move away from the Tata brand. Defects coming from basic issues that do not come up in more than 10 years in other vehicles. Perhaps time for a little back-check at the company. This is how customer trust is lost.

I think tata should not discontinue the Hexa for the personal vehicle market as said by various news outlets. The gravitas is a good SUV but Hexa is much bigger, roomier and is a good innova alternative for lesser price. I think tata should give the hexa a facelifft improve the looks and features and launch it with a 2 litre engine. A sub gravitas 7 seater with captain seats and good looks would make it a great deal even in the future

Bahut sahi baat kaha Rachit bro ki India k logo mindset nahi h Tata k liye unko to wahi car chahiye jo unka padosi laya h, log Innova Crysta ko bahut praise karte but h kya usme maine usme Rajasthan se Haridwar ka travel kia sach batau bahut buri halat hui thi, even my Storme offers better comfort and drivability than Crysta which has bumping handling but still Innova is selling more than Hexa or Harrier I don't know why people are burning their money for that taxi like MPV.
