If the usage is heavy like yours, ev is good option. Post, how much u spent so far as power charges. Keep up the savings bro.. u need it to replace the battery in 5 or 8 years.

My power consumption is almost same. I charge at my home / parents home / relatives home during the travel. hvae you replaced your laptop battery after day1 of the warranty period end?? this answers your question@@sigmasingam

Asir ji , i personally missed the following points in your review 1) hill hold , hill ascent , hill descent feature 2) creep function of both variants 3) advantage of lr & Mr variants With low kw translating to lower weight, better range in Mr, is that possible

Gonna miss , the smell of smoke, the roar of engines while throttling, those judders in gear stick while starting diesel engines, vibration in engine, the rotation of serpentine belt....💔 within years days were good when , no such features in car ,just a engine and a driver connected steering.... gonna miss those days in few years

" gonna miss those days in few years" You won''t, at least not anytime soon. There is no indication that EVs will cause the ICE cars to go extinct. EV still have a tough hill to climb, shortly before the pandemic, both US and Norway had pulled back some incentives offered to EV cars, the result was that EVE sales slowed. EVs are still more expensive and the sales, even in developed nations, still depend on incentives from governments.

Nobody calculates the price per unit charged by highway charging stations it is 29rs per unit Inc GST so an 24kilowat battery car gives 180 kms range practical and less sometimes based on driving conditions and driving style.., It's an 3.87 rs per kms running cost whereas an disel car costs around ou about 4.2 rs per kms So for outside charge ev is not an option at all.., Even at home charge it might cost you 10rs per unit in upcoming days that would be 1.34 rs per km cost never forget that you are paying 5 lacks more for an ev model and losing 3-4 lacks on resale value in ev cars.., So back to square one is never an option. May works for those who use it for their daily commute, buys within 10lacks budget ev car and he charges using solar.

@@shafiazshafiaz all this happens in a controlled manufacturing plant and they manage waste and emissions. Also factories are in non residential areas. Whereas people use years old non compliant diesel cars where we live in densely populated zones.

@@dinv3090 that controlled way is just dumping e waste and coal burning electricity production happens in our country and other to be developed countries which results in environmental hazardous to those particular region which will be selective. Where few get the benefit of the better environment benefit and the total contrast few other countries will be a dump yard and the world becomes so balanced less.

In EV we used two types of cooling systems. 1) Refrigerant cooling systems for HV batteries by use of Chiller. 2) Normal cooling systems like ICE, for OBC, DC- DC CONVERTOR, Inverter, E-Motor housing too by the help of heat exchanger or radiator.

Bro,i have a doubt. When i visited a showroom and checked the new nexon,when i get in the car and the advisor told me to press clutch and brake,and push the start button,then the vehicle starts....i only need to turn on the ignition so that i can see the console and infotainment unit.. is it supposed to turn on like that? Or is it because i pressed clutch and brake so that vehicle started instead of just turn on the ignition? Please reply ❤

Are there any visible underbody high voltage cables running around the car? If so, is it possible for someone to cut it or rats chewing on these cables? We can protect those in engine bays, but how do we address these cables running below? I'm sure I saw some HT cable protruding in your video(side view).

Electric infra should be provided. Also electric cannot replace ICE. Hybrid solutions would attract more customers rather than providing full electric vehicles.

lrr tyres are costly... ev range is the main selling point but ice mileage is not the major point, ice manufacturers put lots of design for selling so less aerodynamic...

As a car reviewer and technical person do you think evs r good for practicality bcz the bettery cost 70% of the car if a customer needs to change does ev s r really good for indian conditions like weather, r road condition etc. By the way the review was good as usual ❤

After doing a bit of research on these, I feel I could answer this. So as they claim they give a warranty of 8 years or 1,60,000 kms. Basically which is more than any ICE vehicle claim. Also since this is a LFP battery type it supports a minimum of 2500-3000 charging cycles which means you can easily rely on it for 5lakh plus kms. Despite all these, if there are battery fails, there is no need to replace the battery as a whole. It comes in packs of few cells in 3 modules, so you only have to replace the cell which is faulty. A cell costs about 400-600 rupees if I’m not wrong. So hope this answered few questions

Tata service centers all over india seems to have negative to mixed feedbacks and as a company, I dont think they would encourage, just like how mobiles are being forced to be replaced..

​@@mathanprakash5358Ah what about battery degradation? the chemical mixture isn't new, it's is there from the time of handheld devices. Cells are packaged into module and each module forms the battery pack. If the battery cell in the module goes it needs to be replaced as whole and not as a cell. Going by your cost of replacement if the car has around 3000 cells, then it's worth is 12L minimum, even replacing a module would be around a lakh and it cannot be done in normal service center, as it is flammable and hazardous would require a specialist.

Nexon ev fearless variant has lot of features missing compared to petrol nexon fearless variant. 60:40 split seat , rear arm rest, cruise control not available for variant that cost 19lakhs . Tata is becoming very greedy 😢

Good review as usual. The purple colour looks ugly, but white is better. The blue marks, Asir mentioned in this video was spoiling the look of the car, good that now they reduced it. The connected tail lamps in TATA cars were not illuminated earlier, it exactly looks like குண்டி புண், in EV it was நீல புண். I think Tata should move to the next level and provide futuristic designs.
