Simple math will show that he's been driving for around 133 km every day for two and a half years. Awesome. Just awesome. The key to getting the best range is to get as much distance off throttle as possible and activating the regen as often as possible. There is a simple learning curve to it, but you'll learn very quick.

Too much emphasis on vasuli side. EVs have way more advantages beyond that. Regen modes, silent drive, zero vibration, instant torque, idle as much as you can, use solar to charge at home everyday. Full range every morning. Zero tailpipe emission. no noise, brakes last long due to regen, minimal maintenance.

I have a tata tiago ev done 9000kms in 6 months driving in steep hilly roads only. The regen is Fantastic and i m happy with the car so far. EV'S ARE PERFECT FOR HILLS. one issue though, tire spin happen on certain bad roads especially on an incline if you push the accelerator, so you have to understand the car. Cons:Tata service has to improved a lot and made a separate service centre for EV'S Only especially in Guwahati. Nice review, I agree what this gentleman says. Update: done almost 21,000 kms,no problem so far.

For all those car owner/ would be car owners: ek baat aap ache se jaan lo ki owning a car is not "paisa wasool" investment, its a convenience and luxury. So go for that car which suits your living standard and is also within your spending limits. Dont think too much about kitna hum wasool lenge stuff.

Maine car mai abhi tak 10 lakh rupay kewal petrol mai, 3 lakh rupay servicing and parts replacement mai, 3 lakh rupay tyres mai, 2.5 lakh rupay insurance mai laga diye hai pichle 15 saal mai. I.e 18.5 lakh + cars itself, yeh amount kam nahi hota.

LFP batteries are tested for 3000-4000 cycles and after that degradation starts that means 3000X200=600000kms. No one uses cars for six lacs kilometers

Galat hai apki calculation. 1. Ye Gaddi on road 15 ki hai. 2. Ignis se compare kar rahe ho Kam se Kam same segment ki gaddi se compare Karo. 3. Service cost bhul Gaye aap, 1.21 chalne ke baad bhi iss gaddi ke break shoe change nahi hue. Max 3/4k kharcha aata hai every 15k kms, coolant change ka. 4. Kaun kehta hai bhai kahin leke nahi ja sakte, log India ghum rahe hai iss gadi se. Plugshare app download karlo, kitne chargers lagge hain. Rahi speed ki baat 60 pe chalaoge to petrol mai bhi milega badiya milega..😅

Upfront cost is high...multiple issue of heating of car is there ...i hv heard so many stories.....if you maintain 60 speed regularly any car can good avg......better by diesel or petrol car and drive that on 60 to 70 km continue same speed...and you can go for cng...max mny saving will be there

With AC 230 kms Without AC 260 kms In extreme summer 200 . This happens for a week in a year I drove from Ranthambore to Behror without halt and covered 261 kms with 10% battery remaining. Last 2.5 years battery performance is same ,no dip 98% charging at home I don't drive my other ICE cars

1)It saves the cost of petrol or diesel but it takes lots of money to purchase. Because similar Nexon like IC engine compact small cars cost half of the price. 2) EV is not pollution free cause .Production of electricity also causes pollution. 3) If he is a fan of EV then he may try Mustang Mach E. 🙂Why this ?

@@Bhakt-TheDevotee this uses LFP batteries, no cobalt is used in LFP batteries, on the other hand cobalt is used to refining and processing oil. Lithium mining is very much like salt mining, and isn't as hazardous as it is often termed, and is easily recyclable. Electricity has viable clean sources of production, even with fossil fuel, the pollution as at the source of production and not on the road like a fossil fuel based car ( Petroleum refining and pumping isn't environment friendly either) When you want compare things, do a fair comparison instead of nitpicking.

@@gauravsingh199 it already is giving, I paid 0 road tax on my Tiago EV, and states like UP, Odisha, Gujarat, have subsidies too. Delhi Government provides a dedicated ev charging meter, where the cost of electricity is fixed at Rs 4 / KW, which effectively brings the running cost to 50 paisa per kilometer, and there are also less moving parts so service cost is negligible compared to fossil fuel based cars.
