I don’t think none of the manufacturers will try to bring it down. It will happen only with some breakthrough in battery technology. Let us wait and see how Maruti is going to place the price.

@@amt21133 If it was an IC Engine Car, you would have paid 23% TAX which is about 3 LAKH RUPEES.. Being EV you are saving money on TAX.. Anyway, those who are cribbing will keep on cribbing

@@bijoypillai8696 Govt reduced tax subsidies for EVs. EV a motor.. Not an engine. Diesel Engines are beasts. Govt have to change to stop looting money in the name of tax. Not even a hard working man or manufacturer gets this much profit for a product successful. But govt getting huge tax for a product. And we people paying emi with interest for that tax too. There s a politics going between fuel machines and EVs. EVs are not made for green going. There is hidden thing started from india to worldwide. Its a plan to short out using fuels..

Good review.. ... ഇലക്ട്രിക് കാറുകളുടെ ഒരു മത്സരം തന്നെ ആണ് നടക്കാൻ പോകുന്നത്.... കഴിഞ്ഞ രണ്ടു വർഷമായി Tata punch ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന ഒരു വ്യക്തിയാണ്.Tata Punch യിൻ്റെ വ്യത്യസ്ത varients എല്ലാം നേരിട്ടും അല്ലാതെയും compare ചെയ്തും താങ്കളുടെ അടക്കം പലരുടെയും വീഡിയോ കണ്ടിട്ടുമാണ് അവസാനം punch accomplished എടുത്തത്. എനിക്ക് തോന്നിയ ചില കാര്യങ്ങൾ ചുവടെ :- About Punch Ev.... ഒന്നാമത്തെ കാര്യം ഇത് നിർമ്മിച്ചത് മറ്റൊരു പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോമിൽ ആണെന്നതിന് സംശയങ്ങൾ വന്ന്... പുറമെ നിന്നു നോക്കുമ്പോഴും സൗകര്യങ്ങളും മൊത്തമായുള്ള നീളം വീതിയും എല്ലാം തമ്മിൽ വലിയ വ്യത്യാസം കാണാനില്ല പക്ഷേ നിങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞതുപോലെ മുൻവശത്തെയും പിൻവശത്തെയും വ്യത്യാസങ്ങൾ ചിലപ്പോൾ പുതിയ പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോമിന്റെ ഭാഗമായിരിക്കാം. മുൻവശത്ത് ഗ്രിൽ നമ്പർ ലൈറ്റ് ഭാഗങ്ങൾ ഒഴികെ വലിയ വ്യത്യാസങ്ങൾ മുൻവശങ്ങളിൽ കാണാനില്ല. പിൻവശത്ത് ലാമ്പുകൾ എൽഇഡി ആയിരിക്കാം അല്ലാതെ ഒരു വ്യത്യാസം പുറം ഓടിയില്ല ഉള്ളിലാണെങ്കിൽ steppini ഒഴിവാക്കി അവിടെ വെച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് ബാക്കിയെല്ലാം പെട്രോളിൽ ഉള്ളതുപോലെ തന്നെ. പുറകിലത്തെ സീറ്റിൽ ടോപ്പ് മോഡൽ കൊടുത്തപോലെ ഒരു ഹെഡ് റെസ്റ്റും നടുവിൽ ഹാൻഡ് റെസ്റ്റും കൊടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. പുറകിൽ എസി വെൻ്റുകൾ, charging point ഇല്ല , ഇതെല്ലാം പെട്രോൾ മോഡൽ പോലെ തന്നെ . മുൻവശത്തേക്ക് വരുമ്പോൾ സീറ്റുകൾ ഉയരം കൂട്ടുന്ന വിദ്യ സ്റ്റിയറിങ് കൺട്രോൾ കാലുകൾ വെക്കാൻ ഉള്ള സൗകര്യം എല്ലാം ഒരേ പോലെ. ഇവിടെ വ്യത്യാസം തോന്നിയത് ഇൻസ്ട്രുമെന്റ് ക്ലസ്റ്റർ അതായത് മുന്നിലെ വലിയ ഡിസ്പ്ലേ കൂടാതെ ഗിയർ ക്ലസ്റ്റർ പെട്രോളിൽ കൊടുക്കാത്ത ഒരു ഹാൻഡ് റെസ്റ്റ് , പിന്നെ സ്റ്റിയറിങ്ങിൽ ഉള്ള ഒരു ഡിസ്പ്ലേസ് കൂടാതെ digital instrument panel. മുകളിൽ ഒരു sunroof. ഡോറുകൾ അതിലെ സ്വിച്ചസ് കൺട്രോൾ എല്ലാം പെട്രോൾ മോഡലുകളിൽ ഇതുപോലെതന്നെ. മുൻവശത്തെ ലുക്ക് മാറി എന്ന് പറയാം. മുകൾ ഭാഗമാണെങ്കിൽ roof rails , dual tone colour പെട്രോൾ മോഡലുകളിലും ഇതേപോലെതന്നെ. വാതിലുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതും 90° open, പുറകിൽ defogger എല്ലാം പെട്രോളിനും ഉണ്ട്. എയർബാഗുകൾ കൂടി ഒന്ന് കാണാം ഈ വീഡിയോയിൽ മുന്നിൽ സ്റ്റിയറിങ് എയർബാഗ് എങ്ങനെ തുറക്കും എന്ന കാര്യം പ്രത്യേകം പരാമർശിച്ചതായി കണ്ടില്ല. കണ്ണാടികൾ സ്വയം മടങ്ങിവരുന്നു auto close ഉണ്ടോ ഇല്ലെ എന്നതും പറഞ്ഞു കണ്ടില്ല. മാരുതിയിലൊക്കെ ഉള്ളതുപോലെ കാർ ലോക്ക് ചെയ്തു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ ക്ലാസുകൾ ഓട്ടോമാറ്റിക്കായി പൊങ്ങി അടയുന്നതും കണ്ണാടികൾ ഓട്ടോമാറ്റിക്കായി ക്ലോസായി പോകുന്നത് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ നന്നായിരുന്നു എന്ന് തോന്നി. ഡയമണ്ട് കട്ട് വീലുകൾ പെട്രോളിന്റെ ടോപ്പ് വേരിയന്റിലും കൊടുത്തിട്ടുള്ളതായി കാണാം. ബംഗളൂരു മൈസൂർ കോഴിക്കോട് വരെ പോകുമ്പോൾ 100 ,120km പോയാലും 23 കിലോമീറ്റർ വരെ മൈലേജ് കിട്ടിയ എനിക്ക് 5th സർവീസ് കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ 17 ,18 ആണ് ശരാശരി കിട്ടുന്നത്. നിലവിൽ പെട്രോൾ ഡീസൽ വണ്ടികൾ ഒഴിവാക്കി ഇലക്ട്രിക് വാഹനങ്ങൾ എടുക്കുന്നത് എന്നൊരു കാര്യം ശരിവെച്ചു കൊണ്ടാണല്ലോ, പക്ഷേ ഇതിൻറെ ബാറ്ററി നിർമാണത്തിൽ പ്രകൃതിയെ ഒരുപാട് ദ്രോഹിക്കുന്നു എന്ന് കണക്കുകൾ ഒരുപാട് വ്യക്തമായി തുടങ്ങി. കേരളത്തിലെ ബഹുമാനപ്പെട്ട ഗതാഗത മന്ത്രി ബസ്സുകൾ വേണ്ടെന്ന് പറയുകയുണ്ടായി. നമ്മൾ ഉപയോഗിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഉള്ള പുക മലിനീകരണം മാത്രമാണ് ഇവിടെ ഒഴിവാകുന്നത്. ലക്ഷക്കണക്കിന് വാഹനങ്ങൾ ഉൽപാദിപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഉള്ള ബാറ്ററികളും അതിനോടനുബന്ധകാര്യങ്ങളുടെയും മലിനീകരണം മറ്റൊരു തലത്തിൽ ആണ് ഇനി എത്തുക. ഒന്നോറും 400 കിലോമീറ്റർ വളരെയധികം വ്യത്യാസമുള്ളതാണ് ചാർജിങ് സ്റ്റേഷനുകൾ ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ള കാർ നിർമ്മാതാക്കൾ ആരും ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ താല്പര്യപ്പെടുന്നില്ല കൂടാതെ നമ്മൾ പോകാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന വഴികളിൽ സ്റ്റേഷനു ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ തിരിച്ചു വരുന്നത് ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടിലാണ്. അങ്ങനെയൊരു ആശങ്കയും പലരിലും ഉണ്ട്.

Spend half the amount of the car and get it replaced or just scrap it altogether. No other way. Even nexon battery costs close to 9.5 lakhs

Bro re gen engane anu upyogikande ennu onnu paranju taruvo? Kona ev anu odikunne 64 kw should I keep regen level 3 always like one pedal drive . Or use like paddle shift?

Use the level you like. Higher setting for town gives you better regen, and thus less need to use the brakes. Use no regen for highways. In the Kona, I think you can pull the paddle and hold it for a few seconds for immediate regen…which works like braking…try it

Is this acti.ev based on Alpha platform? Or an entirely new one? I think, for Punch they are using the motors from Valeo

It is mostly the ALFA platform but now merged with the floorpan and rear sub assembly from the Acti.EV The motor’s PDU is from Valeo. Motor should be too.

wanna see (let alone the exterior) INTERIOR panel misalignments on two brand new Volkswagens in 2024?? .....While at VW waiting for my friend's Vento to be serviced, got a chance to check out two new Virtus. I was utterly disappointed with the interior quality of a 20L+ car. But when VW does it, it's still German quality. When Tata or M&M do it, it's poor fit and finish.
