Stand is optional based on the place you keep. Normal kitchen sink tap flow is sufficient. Other details you will get from the person who will visit for installation.

Yes please do service whenever it is required because the efficiency slightly decreased after a few months. Other than that for daily use it is still working good.

Hi sir, I'm in Hyderabad and the installation here was done without any issues. No complaints as of now. You need a threaded tap. Also a male cum female connector which is not in the box to connect tap and inlet pipe. Mostly the installation guy will have them when they come for installation. Note: What I have is a counter top suitable for small families (2-3) people.
