The whole dirty and beaten look of your Tau stuff just looks sooooooo much better imo than the clean look, it just seems to fit so much more into the 40k universe for me like that. Colour scheme you've done looks the dogs on troops and vehicles so looking forward to see how you go about it on the bigger suit/mecha stuff. Keep it up mate.

The tank looks fantastic! Only negative thing I could see that you might want to think about is on the hull where the engines attach are areas of metal that just stuck out to me as needing something done to them, as they look too shiny. Anxiously awaiting your tutorial!

Thanks for doing these videos! I have been playing and painting going on 20yrs now. I have always painted my stuff "show room floor" paint jobs. But having a look at your minis I have decided that mt Tau are going dirty! I Have just finished a Suit and am working on a FW squad now. I saw these videos and subscribed. that looks great, ive just gotten myself a pathfinder squad and devilfish and am currently trying to think of a colour scheme at the moment as well which is alwyas the hardest part for me. Very tempted by a District 9 or Halo Legends Prototype armour style colours. Hope i can get mine to look half as good as yours :P

Hey, I LOVE, the colors especially the red/white! Reminds me a bit of Star War Clones' Vehicle! Please do more of the tau videos, and maybe more color instead of red! (like blue, yellow , green!)

really awesome work. The color scheme is star warsesque allot better the tau default scheme. I think the green screen at the front would look better in a glowing blue though. :)

Tau no longer use fossil fuels! If you read the fluff the Tau stopped using fossil fuels some time during the first sphere expansion. I remember reading that the first battlesuits used fossil fuels and those were introduced during the first sphere expansion if I'm not mistaken. So you should not put oil marks or such on Tau models as they dont use them :D
