Ingredients:
For The Cooked Lentils (Diluted):
A Mixture of Toor Dhal & Mysore Dhal - 1 Cup, Soaked For 10 minutes
Onion - 1 Medium Sized, Cut Into Half Rings
Garlic - 10 Cloves, Split
Green Chili - 2-3 Pcs, Split
Tomato - 1 Medium Sized
Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp
Salt - As Required
Water - 2 Cups
Then After The Lentils Are Cooked Well Add Some Water And Diluted The Mixture Accordingly*
For Tausi Murungai Keerai Sambar:
Coconut Oil - As Required
Mix Spiced - 1 Tsp
Asafoetida - 1 Inch Cube or 1 Tsp (In Powder Form)
Onion - 1 Large Sized, Cut Into Half Rings
Dried Chilies (Gundu Mozhaga) - 5-6 Pcs
Curry Leaves - A Handful
Tomato - 1 Large Sized, Cut Into Thin Wedges
Diluted Pressure-Cooked Lentils - Pour In all of it
Salt - As Required To Taste
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1 Tbsp
Thavasi Murungai Keerai - 3-4 Handful
