Tawa chicken

Cooked on an iron girdle, this spicy and succulent quick fix boneless chicken dish is hugely tempting .Goes well with naan and paratha.
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken thighs 600g
vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp
chopped garlic 2 tbsp
chopped ginger 2 tbsp
salt to taste
red chili powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
green chili 2
tomatoes 2 ( medium size)
cilantro chopped (half a cup)
butter 50g
