Ingredients
1 3 large size brinjal cut into slices
2 oil for frying
3 spices. salt ,amchur powder,red chilli powder,onion powder,onion granules,chaat masala,
4 roasted besan
Directions
mixture all the spice and roasted besan
coat baingan slices on both sides evening
put on rest 10 minutes to absorb masala coating
heat oil in apan or tawa
spread the slices
apply oil on upper side also
after 7 or 8 minutes flip the slices let cook on both sides
put on serving plate and garnish with coriander
seve with sauce or dip
