I soak scallops in milk, salt & pepper for most of day I'm going to cook. Keeps them tender & reduce the smell.

I cook my chicken legs either in the oven for 2 1/2 hours at 275, then coat w/BBQ sauce and put under the broiler to crisp or I cook them in the crockpot on low for 5-6 hours and then broil in the oven to crisp up. The chicken will be falling off the bone

😊 I too love breakfast for dinner, thank you for the chicken thigh idea, nice and easy, I got some at Aldi 1/2 price and couldn't pass them up, but wasn't sure what to do with them. 🐔

Chicken thighs are so affordable! I love that you used fresh broccoli and potatoes to accompany it. Great new idea to try this week. My husband doesn't really like the chicken legs either. I likes the little drummette kind, but not the full chicken leg. Love those pasta roni boxes. You are like me, you grew up on hamburger helper, rice a roni, and boxed noodles! It's nostagic and I still want to make them. I used to love the tuna helper and add frozen peas.

weird when i was little my momma had to buy extra chicken legs when she made whole chicken, as me and my 2 sisters loved them..now i wouldnt touch 1 if it was my last meal,,,,tastes sure change,,yum i love scallops

Interesting… I love the Taco Bell sauce on the quesadillas. How close is the bitchin sauce to the Taco Bell sauce? Are we talking like buying off brand ketchup and name brand ketchup (like hardly tell any the difference) or is it like saying kraft Italian dressing is close enough to Olive Garden dressing (they just have the same name of Italian dressing but are distinctly different) 😅

I'd say it's definitely different since bitchin sauce is made from cashews, but it has a nice chipotle flavor that is similar to the taco bell chipotle sauce.
