One thing I like about Ben is that he's comfortable in his own skin. He knew the last 2 years he wasn't ready to be a coach. Now this year he's talking a new tune about wanting to be a HC but it's going to be on his own terms in the right situation because what he has here he can pick and choose his place. He got options which is a very nice position to be in.
