I adored how Trevor hosted the 2024 Grammys. That’s how they did it back in the day it was very classy. He would see a recording artist as they walked by and they would talk about them kindly what they have accomplished, etc. whatever but it was just very tasteful this year surprisingly. I teach and I know most young people today are only aware of popular music of their generation. They're not likely to relate to a 44 year old singer. If they're aware of past legends like The Stones, Bowie, MJ and Madonna, it's because their parents still listen to them. Not one I know could name any member of The Beatles - and they certainly set records at the time.
