Why is that the name? Taylor named her fifth studio album, "1989", after her year of birth, therefore, that was the name given to her forth headlining tour, in support of this album. Then I go to the comments - and i read simply delusional comments "Taylor is the best singer ever" or "ICONIC" performance. And then i have all the media recently with her and her tour in my country. Then i say - how - how did this person get this much of a fanbase - when she doesn't conform to the traditional standards of stardom?? Why do the media push her so much? Why do people say she is good - when its clear she isn't - by any sane or normal metric - why is she made out to be a better singer than average or performer - am i missing something?? So to answer these questions i had to start looking into TS - im sorry, this offends you - but have you considered maybe i want to become a swifty??? i was never a fan of many modern pop music stars - britney, aguilera, bruno mars, ed sheeran, lady gaga, - drake... and i loathe beyonce and drake... but for ALL of them - i am able to understand the appeal. ALL of them. its normally a combination of makes good "pop" music songs, bangers even or they are good at dancing, singing or both. But TS - its just more perplexing than anything ive seen - im trying to think of another music artist who I cannot for the life of me understand the TS hype train... how did it get this big? I worked for the countries biggest radio station for 5 yrs - TS was just coming through back then - but what the hell has happened that i missed? how did she acquire this level of fame - where is the mega smash hit songs that i hear all the time? I havent heard them - shake it off and blank space are run of the mill stuff - there has been loads of music the past 10 yrs better - so - what is so special about this girl? I cannot see it. It doesnt make any sense Congrats to her and her family and marketing - but i want to read comments and try to work out how this has happened. You used to have to be good at stuff to be a star... but she doesnt need to be good - she is singing with washed up singers and they outshine her - all of them - as they have the stage presence or vocals one would expect of a star - i dont understand it.... i am going for a lie down...

100% he does. you can literally hear him in the chorus not holding the note on ALL for nearly as long as when there is no crowd and he lets the crowd hold the note and then come back in for "of you" he does that pretty much all the time now on this song.

This shows how stupid TS fans are - I have come to the conclusion all TS fans have never heard other artists in concert or been to other artists concerts - its simply incomprehensible the comment above - unless the person writing this is 5yrs old. Introducing you to John Legend, his number 1 worldwide hit - that song you just heard - All of Me - released in around 2013 - so relatively fresh back then was one of the biggest songs in 2014 - he was everywhere - he went all over the world and played this - and the fans all know the words - and yet you think because of ur delusional stupidity and blindness towards swift - that this guy is so inept he doesnt know how to deal with a crowd singing along to his song. a song far superior to any junk TS has written. ok. this is what we are living with these days.
