kinda sad to think about the fact that she was struggling with an eating disorder at this point. that's why she was running. you can tell she stumbled on her words before she said it was to run off the jetlag, like she had to quickly think of a reason to be working out because if she doesn't have a reason they're going to assume it's so she can lose weight. I'm so glad she's recovered.

​@@XxxxyxfüvwhföwäIt's not as easy as you think it is, it's not because you wake up one day and say "i don't care about that anymore" that it's going to work See it like practicing a sport : You have to train everyday in order to get some results, and sometimes you can't because you don't feel good, other times your session is ruined by a tierce matter that forces you to stop. And not everyone goes at the same pace, sometimes it takes a few month, other times several years. This person struggled and saying "it's easy to recover" won't help anyone in this case scenario. I get that mental health is still complicated to understand for some people and I explain this with the bestest intentions in mind i promise.
