"I've got a hundred thrown-out speeches I almost said to you" is the lyrics I most relate to. There's are so many things I never said to people in my life, family, friends, co-workers, managers. I keep a journal like Taylor Swift, and I write how I feel in it. There are things in there I didn't have the strength to tell people because I feared of what would happen to me. I feared that I would get a nasty reaction and get fired, I feared I would get thrown out of the apartment I live in if I told my parents about my sexuality, I feared telling my friend about how I don't like how she always makes me feel stupid & gets jealous when I spend time with other friends & not as much time with her
