Matty Healy is no Joe Alwyn, and fans around the world did not approve of this romance. Was it his controversial podcasts resurfacing that finally ended things? The world will never know, as it all ended as quickly as it began. Fortunately Taylor moved on to Travis, 1975’s music remains as groovy as ever, and the universe seems to be at peace once again. Also these songs kind of sound cool together.

As a studio engineer and musician I can guarantee you can't get this clean a sound with two mikes in a reverberant room without miming to a studio mix, no separate mike for the guitar yet the sound is very well balanced. Great tune but not recorded in that room.
