This was so helpful! Me and my boyfriend are moving soon into a 2nd hand Gosford, and it has the same kitchen style as yours. I share the same jealously looking at the newer ones wishing we had more space, however yours is styled beautifully and has made me feel better about the space so thank you! Thank you so so much! Every development will be different but ours for example has been fine! We have lived here now for 4 years and have had no issues at all touch wood!! We didn’t even have many snags on moving day! I think it helped that we purchased during covid so they had more time to sort things out! I would definitely recommend them!
