This is the most informative golf club testing I have seen, comparing the Sim drivers vs the M series drives. Most KZbin golf club testing videos only focus on the Sim and the Sim max drivers .. Two Thumps Up !!! I have the 10.5 Sim Max D driver with the Diamana 60 Limited shaft.

Thank you for watching! Solid choice with the SIM Max and diamana 60 shaft!

Great company, I’ve used them twice and purchased preowned golf clubs and I was very happy with the results that I received when the clubs came in, they were in great quality condition. Would highly recommend this company

Good video, next can we see the same comparison but with properly fitted combinations? Like 1500 spin is not "working" correctly for a golfer at ~110mph. That would be a great video to show witch one is really the straightest and longest 👌🏼

Great vid guys. I noticed the AOA on the M5 was low. I’d be curious to see if the AOA was up to around 5, what your carry distance and spin avg would’ve amounted to. It might tighten up the front to back dispersion. I’d take a little less ball speed to emphasize accuracy.
@torbjornwiken4 жыл бұрын
You could achieve greater spinn numbers with th M5 by adjusting the weights more to the back. I still think M5 is more flexible than the Sims and the dispersion seems tighter as well. Pluss its now 100 bucks cheaper 😅

Great work guys ... I do not believe the sim can better the m6 over a season 😉🏌️♂️⛳️🍻

Only time will tell. The M6 is a very solid driver and during this test provided optimal numbers which is why it performed just as well!

I would like you do a round with only sims and a putter vs maverick with any putter

Looks like Taylormade FINALLY starting to realize they TECH in ADAMS they bought back in 2012-14... anyone Noticed the “speed slot” and or “velocity Slot technology”🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️👌👌👌👌🏌🏻🏌🏻🏌🏻🤦♂️⛳️⛳️⛳️

Thomas, I can't believe you didn't mention the drive with the SIM that had a ball speed over 170.
@thomascampbellgolf4 жыл бұрын
Yes! Anytime I get over 170 mph ball speed is a great day! I'm usually stuck around 165-168mph. with my club speed being faster with the SIM drivers and smash factors still around 1.50 naturally I am going to get higher ball speeds and more potential distance!

Torture the data long enough and it will confess to anything. Buy an M6 from 2nd Swing Golf and save a ton of money.
@thomascampbellgolf4 жыл бұрын
The M6 performed extremely well. Even though I was getting more club speed with the SIM drivers (potentially more distance) I was getting optimal numbers with the M6 which is why it was keeping up!

Thomas Campbell Thanks Thomas! Going to put the Ping G410+ up against the SIM MAX, MAVRIK and maybe ST200 later this spring at my custom fit at your tour van location near Philadelphia!!

I appreciate the efforts and the time put into this, but you lost me with the introduction. Keeping everything "standard" and the "same settings" is not a fair comparison. You need to fit the drivers properly.
@thomascampbellgolf4 жыл бұрын
Hi Calvin, thanks for the comment. To keep this specific test as unbiased as possible keeping everything standard at the same loft is the fairest comparison of head models. We will have content on fitting drivers with adjustments to settings, lie and CG coming soon.

It would be interesting to see if 90-95 mph swing speed would gain the same club speed difference as yourself
@banditbaker16754 жыл бұрын
Unfortunately, it won't. A faster swing speed gains most from improved aerodynamics, at that swing speed you may see a gain of between 0.5 - 0.75mph.
@thomascampbellgolf4 жыл бұрын
@@banditbaker1675 There will be small gains, obviously always player dependent. Even gains of 0.5-0.75 mph can provide more potential distance...
@banditbaker16754 жыл бұрын
@@thomascampbellgolf Agreed, I was just answering Jeff's comment and pointing out that slower swing speeds will benefit less than higher swing speeds from improved aerodynamics. Anyone with a slower swing speed expecting to see significant increases in clubhead speed from aerodynamics is going to be disappointed.
