Bow Window Replacement

Morris Plains, NJ. On this job we replaced an old bow window that had single pane glass and was leaking water. We installed a new vinyl premium casement 4-lite bow window in this home. Before we closed up the new window we made sure to insulate above it so that the heat from inside doesn't escape through the top of the window and into the overhang space. When that happens it can cause leaks when ice damn's are present....which is exactly what happened with the old window. We also replaced a 2 wide awning window adjacent to the bow unit. Both were done utilizing full frame replacement techniques.
