I'm not big on rap, but Coolio hooked me with this song. I almost passed over the cover, but being a retired musician I felt guilty to do so. I didn't feel much of her hook at first, but she seemed confidently deliberate & consistent with all her movements as the layers blended into familiarity. Then her voice kicked off owning Coolio's rap like it was her own. Love the layers, artistry, multi instrimemtal musicianship & unique expression vocally. Glad I gave it a chance. It was a great treat. Bravo !

Fantastic. Technically - in terms of using the RC300 and the musicianship in general, and in terms of the emotion as well in the performance, over and above the looping technique and skill, which is top notch. No one cares about how fast pedals can be pressed if it doesn't make you feel anything. Fantastic. Very glad to have stumbled across this. After many years of working with loop pedals and being involved in that and other people who do the same, this is one of the best things I've ever seen anybody do, unknown and well known people both. It succeeds in being about the music over and above the technique, which doesn't get in the way of the music being front and center, it just makes it happen, which is the point, but not everyone can manage it, and few as good as that. Massively impressed, and a great example of what can be done with looping when there's skill, talent and emotion brought to it.

are none of you aware of the fact that 'live looping' technically started with Les Paul in the 1950's? Him and his wife began using multi-tracking in their home as a way to write, play, record, and perform.. Loopers/Multi-tracks don't just fulfill one function, or make up for any lack of skill, in fact, they more often than not help build skills, as people can freely explore ideas. It's not necessarily an easy feat in of itself to smoothly transition all one take with live looping, even if it is a quantized looper, it takes loads of exploring ideas, writing, decision making, and practice to properly set up an entire song with loops, let alone in a performance environment
