HP 70 is the way to go! The 392 platform is by far your best "horsepower per buck" in the Challenger lineup. Plenty of torque for the street or dragstrip, and versatile as a grocery getter....lol I have enjoyed mine for years...

Doesn't matter. I've got a slim 392 in Black, the paint was junk from day one. Same with my 2005 Ram. Mopar has always had crappy paint.

@@naturallawman2965 In your world there's food in your fridge therefore there's no world hunger. A crappy paint job is a crappy paint job no matter the brand. My Scat WB Challenger still looks like new thanks to the ceramic coat and my upkeep.

I test-drove the new electric Charger yesterday. In my opinion, this new Charger CANNOT be called a muscle car. No freaking way! It is not the same sensation, feeling and satisfaction. I couldn't bear the FAKE exhaust noise. When I accelerated, I kept waiting to hear the sound of changing gears which obviously it is not going to happen. After barely 3 minutes of driving it, I couldn't take it no more and went back to the dealership. I am so sadden to know that the real Charger and Challenger with a real HEMI are gone. Please BRING BACK THE HEMI.

I've drove both, both a great, but I feel a Manual in modern times is a toy. My Chally is a daily with other drivers in the family. I went Auto on my 392.
