I really like the trail in the wooded section towards the end. I think if I hiked the AT I would be driven to get some fantasy book reading in on some of the breaks along with audio. The environment would just have me in that feeling entirely.

I saw a KZbin video about the top reasons you shouldn't sleep in the shelters - everything from mice to getting sick to crazy people.... I am thinking of doing more overnights on the NH AT when it warms up and wonder your opinion on shelter vs tent. Happy hiking!! 🎉

Few questions? Do you carry yak Trax or the equivalent. I think they are great for walking on ice, are lightweight and easy to slip over any shoes or boots. Do you ever get scared hiking, camping alone. Or are your videos edited so other people are edited out? Honest questions. I'm a soon to be retiree hoping to hike the AT, it's on my bucket list.
