I fear that property developers are turning Lagos and other cities in Nigeria into a concrete jungle. Without any thought or concept of planting trees or installing gardens or parks. Especially in a country that is typically sweltering heat most of the time. These properties need gardens and plants to soak up water during the raining season. Nigeria needs trees and gardens due to climate change. There is no one even proposing it. It seems all people are concerned about is building estates and nothing more.

Trees buffer the noise and help to remove CO2 from the atmosphere. Offcasue there are parks in Lagos. Check out Lufasi Park, Muri Okunola Park, Lekki Conservation Park, Omu resort, millennium Park and many more...
@oluapampa50753 жыл бұрын
@@africantruly8857 The parks are not enough for a city the size of Lagos. But what I'm actually referring to is the town planning of these estate and properties. You can build an estate with tree-lined roads and houses with gardens, rather than cement everything. The inhabitants of these estate need fresh air, not living in a bland concrete jungle. Which has been the case for decades. Lagos during the daytime is extremely hot and without trees or plants to cool the air, Lagos will became a tinder box. The Lagos government needs to encourage more tree planting.

My daughter who is almost 19 years old and I, are watching from the UK by the way and we enjoyed watching this,but I have already invested in real estate freehold projects in Nigeria,building from the scratch to our taste by the way which my mum who is a retired professor manages.Keep up the good work by the way...

Look at this. Refined details and a staged residence. Oooh and the street is already paved, WOW. Proper space usage. Great job Maybe Landwey can do some residential projects in Ghana.
