The space in the shower under the window kind of looks like a shower niche, but it also looks low enough and wide enough to sit on, so it could have dual purposes (shower niche and shower bench?) It's a nice feature.

The prices obviously reflect that the supply is driving the market relatively high. However, living in the US and comparing the quality to the asking price, it is excessive.

I love this property, my only criticism is the kitchen door not being fire resistant door but glass it's dangerous considering that, there isn't any smoke detector in the living room area. But nonetheless it's a beautiful home

Nice house though, however, still can't believe why real estates in Ghana are way way expensive than United State. HOw? Half a million dollar house in most neighborhoods in US is not a townhome like this oooh. Well, we'll come down and visit but I guess it's better to focus on life over here...or maybe, build my own for 1/4th of the price these realtors are asking...by the way, I didn't see any fire extinguishers or smoke/carbon monoxide detectors in the half a million house oooh😊

I really like the greenery and outdoor kitchen. I value more land but for those who don't want to maintain outdoors, it is pretty cute. But the price is ridiculous. I would never pay half a million for cheap formica cabinetry. I've been looking for a second home in Ghana but with these prices it seems that people savy with their money will have to go through the effort to build. I wonder if the currency issues currently being faced by Ghana, is because Ghana is trying to compete and do business in USD, instead of their own currency. Too reliant on imports and everything foreign. I wonder if anyone is investing in local furniture builders/woodworkers.

What type of warranty is on your properties? The balcony screen got stuck which could only mean it was improperly installed. The balcony was dirty or stained, if I buy this house. Who do I contact for repairs? Lastly when you attach all those cooling and heating units on the back wall it will be very loud on that side of the house. Your neighbor would also hear a lot of noise not only from there property but from neighbors. Do you sound proof the houses?

The electric cooker in this property's kitchen is installed with kitchen cupboard over the cooker. It does not look like there is an extractor fan over it. This is dangerous and it would not be installed in the UK in this as it breaks Health and Safety laws, (HS). Could you relay this to all Architects in Ghana. I doubt you will see this message as it seems you do not engage with you're viewer's.
