Yep, that was great to see. We need to manufacture and consume locally made products rather than importing. That's the way to create jobs and keep the wealth in Africa. It will also bring prices down as we won't have to pay import duty and taxes. Let's all be intentional about it and start buying locally made products whenever we can.

Guys, this is the type of quality we should be building all over Nigeria. I’ve seen eastern, southern, western, and northern Nigeria real estate and it is booming. The architecture is amazing. The only thing I would like to mention to the developers is to strongly consider greenery to soften the look of the estates/properties b/c otherwise it looks like an industrial space as opposed to warm, inviting homes. Large trees and shrubs cool down and purify the air in the environment.👍

Nah, skyscrapers will disfigure the city, spoil it's natural beauty and turn it into a concrete jungle. Abuja's population is manageable and it has massive land still left undeveloped....It was carved out of several states so there's plenty of land in the FCT. For commercial use, skyscrapers are ok but if you've noticed, Nigerians don't like living in highrises; they prefer their own compounds; maybe it's a cultural thing carried from the village lifestyle where each family has a compound where all family members live

@Willie Fungo I agree with u there should be skyscrapers, at least for ppl in big cities, they can have corriders. The population is large, even if there are a lot of land

@Willie Fungo who asked for your help if we may ask? Did we tell you we don't have enough land? And what has sky scrappers got to do with modernization or in your small head a concrete jungle like Newyork is " modernization " 🤣🤣🤣🤣 as if corona has not taught us that living like that can have terrible consequences...... pls stay in your Nairobi with your small and myopic thinking and when we need your opinion we will ask for it, but after such a moronic display I doubt it. 😅😅
