I don't like how this man called Tayo disgrace the whole country, "if" he actually knows how many from outsiders, that watch his channel. Which one is "Banana Island is the most expensive place to live in Nigeria" as if it is the actual truth. Can't he keep discreet and make sure that it is a statement of facts, that Wouldn't misguide the followers. I don't hate this man but I see YORUBA IDIOCY in him. Please this is not to insult my lovely Yoruba people but the awkwardness and naivety of this man has prompted such call. He eats in a bar; he mention the price of the foods consumed. He downgrade places and seems to be oblivious of keeping some statement politically correct. He has a negative sincerity and a weird poverty mentality like a typical brown roof IBADAN ghetto brought up

Some of you that would be be comparing this house to other houses should know you are not just buying the house but the land and the location. The land alone costs more than $1 million and this location is where some of wealthiest Nigerians live. The two richest black men on earth live in this neighborhood so that should give you an insight why it so expensive. The place is not for people like us that come on KZbin and rant. The rich won’t hesitate to buy the property. This location is new and there are still lots of constructions going on so when it’s fully developed the surroundings would be more green and organized

A lot of people commenting are just making uninformed statements about the house not being worth the price tag. I can understand if you are not a Nigerian, but if you are then I can't help you. Firstly, Banana Island is the most expensive estate in the whole of Lagos city, a plot of land there goes for as much as a billion Naira. Secondly, this is a waterfront property, waterfront properties are always more expensive, that's a global norm. Thirdly, if you compare what $3 million can get you in the most expensive estates in cities like Los Angeles, New York or San Francisco, London, Paris etc then you know that is a very good deal. Heck, there are one floor apartments in Manhattan that cost $100 million and some people are whining over this house being overpriced. When you factor in the location, the the fact that it's a waterfront property and also that the reality that the house hasn't been totally completed, then you realize it's worth the price tag, no cap.

A moderate mansion of that size ought to sit alone on 5 to ten acres of manicured and landscaped garden, with the neighbor's fence tastefully hidden behind thick foliage. That said, even wealthy Nigerians are accustomed to close quarters crowding, and may actually prefer living close enough to peer through windows over the fence, when the neighbor's guests get tipsy enough to discarding their bikinis in the hot tub and pool

I like how you said "for the duchess of this house," that was classic. Having marble floors for the stairs can be hazardous, considering the sharp edge of each stair. Other than that, the house is an edifice.

The land around the house is having other similar houses built around it. It’s a DEVELOPMENT property so that’s why the land around doesn’t look complete. Chill

Am I the only one to comment on your thumbnail? You look like an elf all bent over like that. 😜Are those stairs made of Jasper. 😳 WOW!. That bathroom mirror is so cool. I want that closet. ❤️ That house is like a village!

You should really consider doing a training program or something. We should meet. I just want to carry your bag and follow you around. Your level of creativity is something else. Now, I'm even more ambitious to make this money.

This house is by far better than most. because this is way better than most houses I see on this KZbin. People talking about the surrounding. Oga this is Africa your land surrounding isn’t always your choice because the next landlord can do whatever they want with theirs.

@@chrisoghenetegamaloney5799 for $3 million here in MD, you'll get acres of land, and much nicer. Lagos IS OVERPRICED. But I understand, there's no land.

Hey man, love your stuff. Great Job. But bro I think you should check out some videos from Ryan Serhant to perfect the way you present these videos, I think sometimes you lack the right words to say sometimes.

These rooms are huge! I love bathrooms!! It gorgeous! It’s not really family friendly for kids though more for adults . I just wish there was a beautiful landscape . Us Americans love greenery . The pool is dope though and the ladies walk in closet!😱

Good job as always Tayo. My only critique of the house is that the master and mistress's bathrooms should have come with jacuzzis you know, those ones with massage waterjets and music.👌
@muyiwa5084 жыл бұрын
Jacuzzis are out...Roman baths (even though not so practical) are in
