As a BYU fan, I'm really happy that he has been able to carve out an NFL career. He had some really bad luck in college and had four season ending injuries. When he was playing he was unstoppable. He ran for 259 yards against Texas once. It almost felt like video game cheat mode when it was third and long, you knew he was going to run it for a first down.. or a touchdown.

Good awareness, good chase-down/pursuit and tackler on defense, has caught passes before in the endzone and is a pretty decent lead blocker, has a rocket arm, and has the strength to be viable on the defensive/offensive line, and probably even knows HB plays like the back of his hand. I don't see any single-person team beating someone like that. Taysom is such an athletic freak, he could probably play both sides of the ball for a full game.

As far as I am concerned, the Winston and Dalton experiment is over. I think they should give Hill a shot and I mean a legit shot. He is 7-2 as a starter and modifying the offense to more of an RPO type offense with he and Kamara in the backfield would be the way to move forward in my opinion. I think people forget MT had some really big games with Taysom at QB. The whole team seems to pick it up when Taysom is in charge. I think he makes players around him better which is what we need from our QB.

Taysom Hill is EASILY the most versatile player in the past 60-70 years of the NFL. You'd have to go back to the 50s or 60s to find anybody even play well at more than 1 position, probably farther than that to find someone play QB/RB/TE/KR/ST like Hill, and at a very high level for some of those.
