@@Fgeographytopics579 The Bulleid's leader ARE steam engines. They were just designed to look like diesels. So yeah, they have whistles. But, some steam engines in the US have air horns as well as whistles. Like Southern Pacific no.4449, or Milwaukee Road no.261. And some of them just had air horns like the Milwaukee Road's A class Hiawatha Atlantics.
