Yesterday I had a massive book un-haul. So many books I’ve had for years and never read; it was painful, difficult and heartbreaking at times, but I honestly felt so good and accomplished afterwards. I even sorted out the ones kept boxed in my garage and was able to bring in my most favourites back into the house! (if anyone has read the Wolf Brother series by Michelle Paver you’re my new favourite person, as I’ve never met anyone who’s also read it 🥲 But if you haven’t please read it it’s so good!! 💖💖) I’ve still got what can be considered an unhealthy amount of books to read, but I’ve been getting back into reading thanks to my new Kindle, so I’m making it a personal mission to get through so many more books this year!! Wish me luck!! 😌❤️

I'm so excited for you to try The Fellowship of the Ring! I'll be interested to see what you think about the start of the book because there's a lot in there that's not in the film. Also have you heard of Cecily by Annie Garthwaite? I'm trying to get more people to read it. It's a feminist fictionalisation of part of Cecily Neville's life, who was a really important noblewoman in 15th century England. The (UK) cover's gorgeous too
