tremendous pedal! I just bought it and compared it to my other compressors (MXR, boss cs3 and boss limiter enhancer) and I don't want to overdo it but it is on the same level as the MXR. good compression, perfect for bass, I recommend it!

I am using this compressor since two years.Excellent price/quality ratio. I also have this pedal mostly switched on for making my guitar sound a bit thicker (especially for my single coil equipped guitars).

Hi Jonathan. I bought this after watching your vid. It replaced my Mooer pedal which was ok but not nearly as controllable and refined as the Forcefield. Thanks again. Now I am after the HB T70. I am way over paying too much for good gear.

I like this pedal. I’ve used a lot over the years and some expensive ones, but this one I find to be very musical and surprisingly like really kind of not noisy. It’s a very, very big level Control like it can add a lot of level if you want. I always run it at a much lower level to get unity than I would think. The only thing I feel bad about was that it was cheap. I keep wondering if there’s something wrong with it but I think if I paid $200 for it, I would think it’s wonderful.

Yes it’s the Forcefield followed by the rest of the digital chain in my Line 6 Helix Native.

I'm just testing this on my bass : like you I have the sustain at 10 o clock and attack pretty much the same... If I dial a little bit more it gets like wooly and I don't hear the mids very well anymore on my precision bass. It seems to be pretty transparent in that position as an always on pedal ....

It's ok.. With just the inclusion of the tone control. But @ $24 Euros a pop.. It's a no brainier for me ✌️🤓

If you Have the budget, go for the Hyper.. that being said, the Forcefield is a great compressor too.✌️🤓

@@JonIsJustTooLoud, I've heard that the Hyper is quite good, but it's too expensive, then I heard about the Hyper but the mini version, which is a three-knob pedal, but I think that that makes a difference to the big one... that's why I asked if the mini Hyper version was "better" than the Forcefield... I have a guitar with single coils btw and thanks a lot!!!

Some of the Joyo pedals are quite good. But some are not..the thing is your have to try them out. I actually have a Joyo Compressor pedal which I bought years ago. It's quite good actually no true bypass though. :)
