Most tire changer table suck when it come to airing up tires. Sure they will do the job on 15"16", but not so much on the bigger wheels and tires. OTC makes a great add-on for all tire changer like this that have the tower pipe for it air supply.Part# OTC 5700A with the OTC you never have to pick the tire up like you do with the table top inflaters.

Wouldn’t it be better without the valve stem with an open air chuck that doesn’t press a valve stem for more quicker air to help set the bead easier.
@jacobhendrickson89357 ай бұрын
Yes it is easier that way.

I like to wait to put the valve stem in until after the beads are seated. They seat a lot easier that way.

+Ethan Cousineau I do aswell but my machines have a bead blasters, I don't think this particular machine has a bead blaster so I'm not sure it would make much a difference.

510Redneck Bead blasters have gotten me out of some tight situations XD.

Ethan Cousineau Yeah, they sure make it easier than getting the old ether etc. out and burning the hair from you arms etc. trying to mount a stiff tire for sure. lol

Will this do 10 ply tires? Thanks in advance And is this the same as triumph 950?
@RedlineStands11 ай бұрын
Yes, but that's a very strong sidewall, so we recommend getting the TC950 with the left side press arm linked below. The Triumph 950 is made by a different company and is certainly not the same machine. I can tell you this though, the Kernel TC950 has far better parts availability than the Triumph TC950. www.redlinestands.com/catalog/shop-equipment-c-327/tire-change-equipment-c-327_331/tire-changers-c-327_331_248/kernel-automotive-tc950wpa-hd-tire-changer-with-lpa-p-959

Well this clamping to the inside of the wheel explains how the tire shop destroyed my brand new wheel when installing a tire. I thought you were supposed to clamp the wheel rim (edge) ... feet squeeze in to hold the rim... versus pushing out metal on metal with teeth scaring and scratching and gouging the wheel... I now have to throw away the new wheel and buy a new one... the trick will now be who to get it to not install it this horrible way... ugh.

does this work on motor cycle tires? ( I saw the bike in the back, and was curoius) if it doesnt could you direct me to a machine that works for car/truck and motorcycle/dirtbike tires with a bead blaster in the clamping jaws(for those pesky tires that need that)
