I am turning 34 years old later this year and i just want to say THANK YOU!!! Thank you guys for bringing this back. Podcast is probably the best avenue for this type of content these days and it brings back so many good memories. My dad and I used to watch sportcafe all the time and still talked about it long after it was gone. He passed away in 2020 and his birthday is tomorrow. Bless the KZbin gods for bringing this to me...

My old man passed away 22 years ago today. You were so lucky to get 18 more years with your father. I'm glad you could share in the joy this show brings. My dad loved sports cafe. He used to set up the timer on the VHS and we'd watch the recorded shows together... We we so fancy fast forwarding the adverts hahaha. To find the poddy tonight has been almost like a sign from him. Huge love to you mate and treasure all those memories with your father. ❤️💛💚

Yeah I have to agree. I only just found out about this pod and I'm absolutely over the moon I grew up watching sportscafe with my family. Our all time favorite show ! I can't wait to tell the old man and show him. Please respectfully the little "PC" guy, has to go. He's just not it, not a character that would ever work with this crew. We all missed this show so much and have so much love for these guys the continuity can't be replicated and it can't be added to. P.S . Very fun. Almost seemed like a real podcast when things got serious there for a minute. My advice (which no-one asked for) let the comedy come naturally, you are naturally funny people. And Mark please stop interrupting, it ruins the flow of the show. You can tell Lee has a lot of experience in tv and radio etc, he knows exactly how to use the mic and when to speak etc. Almost worth getting him to lead the show.
