TCH faces resistance to sale of eight homes

It's not affordable housing if the current tenant is paying market price.. selling it is good.. I agree with this sale..

Because those eight families want to live in a good neighborhood that they cannot afford to, the TCH cannot sell these house to support other communities? If they were really paying fair market rate, why they need to live in TCH's houses and let other families indeed to get these houses? If the TCH were to sell these houses and to use these capital to buy more houses in other "not so good" communities, won't this move help more families?

TheVikas in reality they need the tax to help the police, firefighters who are underfounfed.
