That was useles. Where is the physical button? My TV is stuck in a boot loop. I have no volume button!? I have unplugged it multiple times and held the pwr buton to drain any residual pwr. It cant be this hard to find relevant information.

3 am I found the reset but I don't know how to move it

If the tv has had a hard reset, it won't connect to wifi bc it has been reset. In those scenarios, I am unable to connect without the remote bc the smartphone relies on the device being set up. Any recommendations?
