Twisting the facts on Pak US relations: In 1962, the US explicitly urged Pakistan not to interfere in Kashmir when Indian Army was engaged with Chinese. In return, US assured that Kashmir issue will be raised again in UN. The assurance proved false. That is when US Pak relations strained for first time, not in 1965.
