They hire in batches and probably in upcoming batch you will get. You can get it around jan-feb.. if everything went fine. Kindly initiate the bgc

Same after training, but you will get deputation allowances when you change location after training. Deputation allowances - 40k Transport - 2400

Yes the MCA is considered by other university, in my case I am doing mca .... So while admission in MHRM in IIT kgp they have considered this mca as it is degree from the University

Their is a option to upload gap certificate before 15 days of joining. If not after joining give it to hr. It's their headache
