I have an opportunity for TCS Luxemberoug.but currently I am working in TCS other project so Luxemberoug manager wants my email release confirmation from current then only they can proceed further for visa processing ,so how can I get release from my current project ? 2- Current pkg is 18 LPA 8yrs exp so how much salary I can expect from TCS Luxemberoug ?

To get a release is very difficult ask in TCS and yes the other project will ask for the written confirmation before proceeding ahead . The only option is to talk and convince your supervisor and manager . No one else can help even HR are always in favour of the managers. The onsite salary depends on the labour law of that country. I won't be able to tell you the exact amount offered in Europe countries but yes you will get your salary and pounds . Please consider subscribing my channel

Brother, the easiest way would be to ask your manager itself. But as per my experience, it's not for your H1B visa because employee himself has to fill all the details and attach the documents in ultimatix. Manager can't do it on behalf of anyone . You can check it though in ultimatix in mobility section. Or just keep checking your tcs email . If there is anything going on you will get the email first . No they don't check it . Balance is checked when you apply for the work/ education visa by yourself in countries like Canada, Australia and others. You can get H1B even if you have amount that is in my bank account 😉😉.
