The victim here is the bishop. The story doesn't make any sence. Once of the accusers was committing a burglary in the church he got caught and later made up these stories with the other fools for money. Neither one of these guys have showmen any proof of any of these allegations. Also the desicion to pay these crooks was not the bishop it was the board. Sometimes is best to settle out of court.
