One of the best game i ever played, and in fact probably my favorite of all. The game is smooth, fluid, got plenty of replayability and very good amount of difficulty. In other words, this game is just Awesome ! Go Grab it ! You won't regret it ;)

Also for the standalone expansion for the 2nd Kickstarter there was the option to buy an upgrade pack that brought the art work in the original base game in line with the art work in the new expansion. I had to provide a photo to the Kickstarter admins of this game (with my name on a sticker on the box) to prove that I owned the base game already in order to obtain the new cards so I dunno the availability of the new cards. It's not a biggie but something to be aware of.

Maybe its the fact that its 230am and I didn't hear it but did you mention that you never shuffle your deck which is one of the coolest parts of the game? And you can win via running the bad guy deck out and clearing the board of monsters as well.

Thanks for the review! It definitely looks like a game I'd *play* but when it comes to Deckbuilders, I think I'm good with the two I have. One is super simple to play and quick to set up, fast play time too. It has about as much effort to play as a game of Magic: the Gathering. The other deep, complex, and even after over 100 plays it still retains it's replay value. It's not the game's fault, but I don't honestly think I'll ever buy another deck builder again! I just don't need or want one. (I would buy expansions to the two I have though.) =3

The stand alone expansion to the DC Heroes Deckbuilder: Street Fighter, and Legendary. Of all the ones I *have* been tempted by DC's are the closest, but they just aren't compatible. I thought that after Street Fighter they would have added locations, counter and special moves to the main game, but nope. They add such variety to the tactics without adding to the complexity that I really think they should! I love that table by the way! Amonkhet and Hour of Devastation were really fun! I love the Egyptian theme and I've *hated* Bolas since Legends! I'm not a huge fan of the "Magic Titans" either. =)

I think Aeon's End is more fun, personally. As you can tell from my review of Darkest Night, I felt it had too many problems to really work. Just my opinion, however.
