Dang it, now I want to visit West Jordan, Utah! The Breen sound interesting. Their techs and fleets make them a *really* tough nut to crack. On the other hand, if I were playing as them I could see myself inadvertently let the game slip away to another military power by not wanting to risk intervening in conflicts outside my territory. Another player could gobble up homeworlds while I spent my time "consolidating my position" (i.e., turtling). I like what this faction brings to the table.
