I was taught rowing back II differently (with a flat-back hinge). I like this version A LOT! Especially with the extra bicep curls. Sweet!

Why the crossed legs?

Because most probably both her calves do not fit between the shoulder rests with parallel legs. I also need to cross my legs to do this.

The legs are crossed to allow the legs to fit comfortably between the shoulder blocks.
