"Off the top of one's head." To say something spontaneously without much thought or consideration as to whether one is accurate. To give a quick guess or to estimate something. This is one of my favorite topics. ❤

I love today's lesson. These expressions are funny. Oh my God! I forgot to call my friend back. It slipped my mind. Do you remember Paul, the tallest boy in the classroom? No, I don't. But, his name rings a bell. Each time he wants to invite her to go out, his mind goes blank. Mary always comes up with brilliant ideas to increase sales. Once, when I was in school. The teacher told me "Please tell your story", and nothing came to mind. I just managed to make up a story about animals. Hahaha. My sister has the mind of a goldfish. She forgets everything. Do you know my English level, Teacher? Off the top of my head, I think you're a beginner. Thanks a lot, our Super Teacher.😊😊
